THE POWER OF THE LAND & THE SILENCE WITHIN

This is a land shaped by ancient stories and places of deep energy

For centuries, monks, hermits, and alchemists came here — seeking answers, solitude, and a deeper sense of inner peace.

Places where the Black Madonna is venerated. Where legends tell of the sword of the Archangel Michael.

THE FEELING OF PLACE

Imagine a place where France stops being a postcard — and becomes a feeling

The Lot region in southern France, where mornings begin with fresh air, the scent of wild herbs, warm sunlight, and soft moss beneath your feet.

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU HERE?

This land seems made for a reset.

It gently brings you back to a sense of grounding, calm, and inner balance.

Little by little, the tension begins to soften. The accumulated fatigue starts to lift.

Things become quieter within, and your body and emotions become easier to hear.

Here, you can simply be yourself — without effort and without needing to prove anything.

No previous experience or special preparation is required.
We’ll be there to gently guide and support you — even if this is your first retreat.

WHO THIS RETREAT IS FOR

This retreat is for you if you’ve been living in a constant state of responsibility and are ready to finally exhale.

If you carry a tiredness that neither sleep nor weekends seem to ease — when your mind feels noisy and your body is always holding tension.

If you’re used to being strong, staying in control, and taking care of everyone else, but now feel the need for silence, clarity, and restoration.

If you want to reconnect with lightness, inner calm, and a state where it becomes easier to breathe, feel, and simply live at your own pace.

С_чем_уезжают.jpg

WHAT YOU’LL TAKE HOME

You leave the retreat with a deep sense of relief and release: your body feels lighter, your mind clearer, your sleep deeper, and your breathing more open. Physical tension gradually begins to dissolve.

You’ll develop a more grounded state of being, free from constant inner tension.

You’ll also learn simple ways to shift from a state of stress into a state of resource and calm — tools you can bring into everyday life without complicated techniques or effort.

HOW THE RETREAT IS DESIGNED

This retreat is designed as a holistic experience, built around a gentle awareness of the body, the mind, and your natural rhythms. Each day is structured to help you naturally move into a state of rest and restoration.

✔ Morning — reconnecting with your body and finding your grounding
Through yoga, breathwork, cleansing rituals, and shavasana, you reconnect with your body and restore your sense of grounding. The body awakens slowly, gently, and naturally.

✔ Day — gentle depth, without pressure

As the day unfolds, the pace naturally slows down. There is more space to pause and listen inward. Creative and therapeutic practices take place during this time, creating space for deeper reflection and meaningful inner shifts.

✔ Nature — a natural way to integrate
Walks and excursions are woven into the retreat as pauses between deeper practices. Nature, architecture, and beauty help you process what you’ve experienced, release fatigue, and reconnect with sensitivity, inspiration, and your joy for life.

✔ Evening — relaxation and restoration

In the evening, the space becomes quieter. Women’s practices and warm rituals help the body shift into a state of deep relaxation and recovery. As the body softens, anxiety eases and inner tension begins to dissolve.

✔ Closing — integrating and grounding the experience

The retreat comes to a gentle close with time to integrate everything you’ve experienced. You leave not simply inspired, but with a deeper sense of clarity, stability, and inner balance — a state you can carry with you long after the retreat ends.

FOUR DAYS OF EXPLORATION

Gouffre_de_Padirac .jpg

GOUFFRE DE PADIRAC — A JOURNEY INTO LEGEND AND LIGHT

You descend into the depths of the earth, where the air grows cooler, the sounds become quieter, and time seems to slow down. According to local legend, this is where a battle between light and darkness once unfolded. A hoofbeat split the earth, but Saint Martin passed through the darkness and emerged into the light. They say the stone still remembers this passage.

The journey continues through vast underground galleries, surrounded by stalactites and stalagmites, soft lighting, and reflections dancing across the stone. And finally, an underground river: still waters, a boat crossing, and shimmering reflections. It feels like a metaphorical journey — from depth into clarity.

MARTEL (12TH CENTURY) + TRAIN ALONG THE CANYONS

Martel is a town of warm stone, where every street feels like a postcard — beautiful doors, shutters, little shops and boutiques, ancient towers, and an unhurried rhythm. We’ll wander through the historic center and enjoy lunch in the town square, discovering the local flavors of the region at a leisurely pace.

Afterwards, we’ll board the Chemin de Fer Touristique du Haut-Quercy, known as the Martel Train. The route follows the high cliffs above the valleys and canyons. Through the windows: dramatic rock walls, winding green landscapes, and a sense of open space that seems to make your breathing deeper.

ROCAMADOUR — A TOWN SUSPENDED BETWEEN SKY AND STONE

Rocamadour seems to hang in the air — clinging to the rock while reaching toward the sky. Here, the Black Madonna is venerated, a sacred figure that has drawn pilgrims for centuries in search of comfort, guidance, and a sign.

High above the town, embedded in the cliff, legend tells of the sword  Durandal, a symbol of protection for these lands. The legend also invokes the Archangel Michael as a guardian and messenger of light. The views across the valley, the silence, and the sense of height naturally draw your attention inward and create a feeling of balance.

AUTOIRE.jpg
AUTOIRE.jpg
AUTOIRE.jpg
AUTOIRE.JPG

AUTOIRE — THE VILLAGE OF WATERFALLS & MEDIEVAL LEGENDS

We’ll begin with a scenic forest trail leading to Cascade d’Autoire, a spectacular 30-meter waterfall and one of the most beautiful natural sites in the Lot region, where water has carved its way through the limestone cliffs for thousands of years.

Then we’ll return to Autoire, one of the “Most Beautiful Villages of France”, and enjoy lunch in its charming historic square. After wandering through the stone streets, we’ll make our way to the ruins of Château des Anglais, a 12th-century medieval fortress carved directly into the sheer rock face.

From here, one of the most beautiful panoramic views over the Lot valley unfolds before you.

These excursions are more than sightseeing. They are journeys through history and legend, where beauty and meaning are experienced through the body, the senses, and moments of silence — becoming living anchors of the experience that stay with you long after you return home.

A space where transformation unfolds naturally — through gentle, precise, and deeply present guidance.

Nataliia is also a student of the awakened Advaita Vedanta master Swami Vishnudevananda Giri, which brings a particular depth, intuition, and sensitivity to her work. This is reflected in the space she creates during her sessions — calm, clear, and supportive, where transformation unfolds not through pressure, but through presence and awareness.

As a Kundalini facilitator, Nataliia gently guides participants through practices designed to awaken and connect with their life energy, creating a safe and grounded space for profound inner change. Her approach is rooted in attentive guidance, gentleness, and respect for each person’s individual boundaries.
