FRENCH CATALONIA

At the southern edge of France, where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean Sea, lies French Catalonia—a region of understated beauty.

Sun-drenched and unhurried, it offers a different expression of France, gently shaped by its Catalan heritage.

Vineyards, coastal villages, and historic towns create a landscape that feels both timeless and deeply alive.

This is where our journey unfolds—curated, intimate, and designed to be truly experienced.

Collioure.jpg

Our journey takes place along the Côte Vermeille—one of the most beautiful stretches of the Mediterranean Sea.

Here lies Collioure, a historic Catalan town dating back to the 7th century.

At the water’s edge stands the Royal Castle of Collioure, alongside the iconic Notre-Dame-des-Anges Church.

Stone streets, a small harbor, art galleries, and relaxed terraces—where days unfold slowly.

A LIGHT THAT INSPIRES ARTISTS

This city has attracted artists and travelers for centuries.

For centuries, Collioure has drawn artists and travelers alike. Henri Matisse wrote:
"There is no sky in France bluer than in Collioure."

The light here is extraordinary. It shimmers on the bright façades, dances across the turquoise waters of the bay, and softens the curves of the surrounding hills—landscapes that shift with every hour. Every corner feels like a living painting—the authentic France that cannot be imagined, only experienced. From this enchanting town, we will explore the entire region.

Your stay lasts 5 days and 4 nights—time to truly feel the rhythm of this town. More than just a hotel, it is a private space full of history: a green garden with magnolias, a pool shaded by wisteria, and a sense of calm tucked away from the tourist flow.

Just steps away are the sea, the castle, and the town’s finest galleries, making it the perfect base to immerse yourself in Collioure’s charm.

Each morning, enjoy breakfast at La Casa Païral, set in the hotel’s renowned garden, hidden behind the historic walls of this special place.

This century-old Mediterranean garden is considered one of the most beautiful in Collioure—a true green oasis in the heart of the town, where magnolias, blooming wisteria, and the gentle murmur of a fountain create a serene escape.

Here, mornings begin with the aroma of fresh coffee, crisp croissants, and warm pastries blending softly with the scents of the garden. On the terrace beneath sprawling magnolias, the day unfolds slowly, with a light breeze, soft sunlight, and the unmistakable atmosphere of southern France—where mornings start calm and beautiful.

This is a moment to simply enjoy the quiet, the sunlit garden, and the feeling of true rest in Collioure.
