MORE THAN A JOURNEY

A week where the scenery changes — not the hotels.

We’ve designed the programme so that you don’t simply visit French Catalonia — you truly experience it.

Historic towns and ancient fortresses, local wine cellars, Mediterranean beaches, oyster farms, regional cuisine, leisurely walks and warm evenings filled with connection and the unmistakable atmosphere of southern France.

THE SENSE OF PLACE

Imagine a place where you don’t have to choose between the mountains and the sea.

French Catalonia is where the freshness of the Pyrenees meets the warmth of the Mediterranean, creating a unique atmosphere of freedom, beauty and unhurried living.

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU HERE?

This land seems made for a reset. It gently brings you back to a sense of grounding, calm and inner balance.

Little by little, the tension begins to fade and the accumulated fatigue starts to lift.

There is more quiet within. Your senses become clearer.

Here, you can simply be yourself — without effort and without having to prove anything.

No previous experience or special preparation is required. We’ll be there to gently guide and support you — even if this is your very first retreat.

WHO IS THIS RETREAT FOR?

This retreat is for you if you’ve been living in a constant state of responsibility and feel ready to finally exhale.

If you’re carrying a kind of tiredness that neither sleep nor weekends seem to ease, with too much noise in your mind and constant tension in your body.

If you’re used to being strong, keeping everything under control and taking care of everyone around you — but now feel the need for quiet, clarity and restoration.

If you want to reconnect with a sense of lightness, inner calm and a way of being where it feels easier to breathe, feel and simply live at your own pace.

WHAT YOU’LL TAKE HOME

You’ll leave this retreat with a deep sense of having finally exhaled: your body feels lighter, your mind clearer, your sleep deeper, your breathing freer, and the tension held in your body gradually begins to release.

You’ll develop a more grounded, steady state without the constant feeling of inner tension. You’ll also learn simple ways to shift from stress into a state of inner resource — tools you can easily bring into everyday life, without effort or complicated techniques.

HOW THE RETREAT IS STRUCTURED

This retreat is designed as a holistic experience. At its heart is a gentle approach to the natural rhythms of the body and mind. Each day is thoughtfully structured to help you naturally move into a state of restoration.

✔ Morning — reconnecting with the body and a sense of grounding
Through yoga, breathwork, cleansing rituals and shavasana, you reconnect with your body and rediscover a sense of grounding. You wake up slowly, calmly and naturally.

✔ Daytime — gentle depth without pressure

As the pace naturally slows during the day, it becomes easier to pause and listen to yourself. This is when creative and therapeutic processes take place, creating space for deeper experiences and meaningful inner shifts.

✔ Nature — natural integration
Walks and excursions are woven into the retreat as pauses between deeper processes. Nature, architecture and beauty give you space to process what you’ve experienced, release fatigue and reconnect with sensitivity, inspiration and a zest for life.

✔ Evening — relaxation and restoration

In the evening, the space becomes quieter. Women’s practices and warm rituals help the body transition into a state of deep relaxation and recovery. In this state, anxiety softens and inner tension gradually dissolves.

✔ Closing — integrating and anchoring the experience

The retreat comes to a gentle close with time to integrate everything you’ve experienced. You leave not simply inspired, but with a greater sense of inner clarity and stability — carrying a state of wellbeing that can stay with you long after the retreat ends.

Terra Vinea.jpg
Terra Vinea.jpg
Terra Vinea.jpg

We’ll visit the unique underground wine cellars of Terra Vinea, located deep within ancient stone quarries. A small train will take us to the entrance of the underground complex, where we’ll descend into vast galleries that now house a museum dedicated to the history of winemaking in the region.

Here, you’ll discover how the wines of southern France have been made throughout the centuries — from traditional tools and wine barrels to scenes from the lives of local winemakers, brought to life through an atmospheric light show.

After the tour, we’ll enjoy a tasting of Roussillon wines in the spacious tasting room. The complex also features a large shop where you can purchase your favourite wines and pair them with local farm delicacies and regional gastronomic products.

Le Poulpe.jpg

Before the wine tasting, we’ll head to the coast for lunch at Le Poulpe — a contemporary beach restaurant combining the atmosphere of a seaside club with a cuisine centred around fresh, seasonal ingredients.

With open terraces, sea air and a sense of effortless ease, the restaurant celebrates Mediterranean cuisine through the simplicity and quality of its ingredients.

The menu features fresh fish and seafood from the daily catch, seasonal dishes and light tapas with a contemporary twist. Lunch is at your leisure, with dishes ordered and paid for individually from the menu.

Lunch on the Mediterranean Coast

Château Comtal.jpg

CHÂTEAU COMTAL

We ascend to Château Comtal, where sweeping panoramic views reveal the full grandeur of the fortress and its surrounding landscapes.

We then visit the Basilica of Saint-Nazaire, where 13th-century stained glass casts a soft, luminous glow, filling the ancient space with color and quiet reverence.

Carcassonne is a place where history is felt at every step — where a simple walk becomes a journey through time.

Carcassonne.jpg

CARCASSONNE

Medieval Fortress City

On one of the days, we journey to Carcassonne — one of Europe’s most extraordinary medieval cities and a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Encircled by a double ring of fortified walls and over fifty towers, it has watched over the valley for centuries — a place where time seems to stand still.

Passing through its ancient gates, we step into a living medieval world — a labyrinth of narrow stone streets, intimate squares, centuries-old homes, and refined artisan boutiques.

Comte Roger.jpg
Comte Roger.jpg
Comte Roger.jpg

COMTE ROGER

Lunch in Carcassonne will take place at Comte Roger, a restaurant located in the very heart of the medieval fortress.

Here, you will be able to discover the region’s traditional cuisine and try one of its signature dishes — cassoulet, prepared according to local recipes.

The lunch is held in a свободном формате with payment à la carte.

Устрицы.jpg

OYSTER FARM OF THE LAGOON

After Carcassonne, we’ll stop at the Étang de Leucate, where family-run oyster farms bring the freshest Mediterranean catch to charming waterside restaurants.

Sip chilled wine on sun-drenched terraces, savor oysters, mussels, and seafood, and soak in the effortless rhythm of southern France. Enjoy a leisurely à la carte lunch, not included in the tour.

GROTTE DES CANALETTES.jpg
GROTTE DES CANALETTES.jpg
GROTTE DES CANALETTES.jpg

You’ll discover one of the most beautiful caves in France, often referred to as the “Underground Versailles.”

Inside its magnificent chambers, adorned with stalactites and stalagmites, lies an underground lake more than 10 million years old.

The story of this place began around 395 million years ago, when nature first began shaping this extraordinary limestone world.

A walk through the cave is a journey through millions of years of history, where every chamber reveals the immense power of time and nature.

Grotte des Canalettes

Fort Libéria

Fort Libéria, rising approximately 180 metres above Villefranche-de-Conflent, was built in 1681. We’ll make our way up to the fortress and explore its walls, bastions and panoramic viewpoints.

From here, sweeping views open across Villefranche-de-Conflent, the valley and the majestic Canigou massif. You’ll also discover the story of the notorious women accused of poisoning during the reign of Louis XIV, who were imprisoned in the fort’s women’s prison.

Our descent will take us through the famous underground passage known as the “Thousand Steps”. After the visit, we’ll enjoy lunch at a cosy local restaurant serving traditional Catalan cuisine.

Город-ведьм.jpg

Villefranche-de-Conflent

Medieval Fortress City

Villefranche-de-Conflent, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is known as the “City of Witches.” And you’ll discover the story behind this mysterious name as we explore the town.

We’ll wander through its historic streets and step into charming artisan boutiques created by local makers.

The Mediterranean will become another space for our retreat.

Morning yoga by the sea, an art-therapy breakfast overlooking the water, slow time on the beach, swimming, free time and lunch at an atmospheric seaside restaurant will create that perfect kind of day when there is simply nowhere you need to rush to.

And in the evening, one of the most beautiful practices of the retreat awaits us — a crystal singing bowl session to help you deeply relax and gently bring a full, beautiful day to a close.

THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA

Эус.jpg

EUS

The Village Turned Towards the Sun

Eus is part of the association “Les Plus Beaux Villages de France” and is considered one of the sunniest villages in the country.

Its houses cascade up the granite slope of the hill, while at the very top stands the Church of Saint Vincent, built in the 18th century on the site of an ancient castle.

From here, breathtaking panoramic views open across the Conflent Valley and the majestic Canigou massif.

REAL STORIES FROM
OUR PARTICIPANTS

A space where transformation unfolds naturally — through gentle, precise, and deeply present guidance.

Gouffre_de_Padirac .jpg
Gouffre_de_Padirac .jpg
Gouffre_de_Padirac .jpg

GOUFFRE DE PADIRAC —

MARTEL.jpg
MARTEL.jpg
MARTEL.jpg
MARTEL.jpg

MARTEL (XII

Rocamadour.jpg
Rocamadour.jpg
Rocamadour.jpg
Rocamadour.jpg

AUTOIRE.jpg
AUTOIRE.jpg
AUTOIRE.jpg
AUTOIRE.JPG

Flights are booked and paid for individually. We organize transfers to and from the retreat center. Transfers are paid separately and arranged individually. We can help you find a convenient flight, coordinate arrival times with other participants, and arrange comfortable transportation to the retreat. You won’t be left to figure out the journey alone — we’ll support you throughout the travel process.

  • Our recommended airport is Toulouse (TLS)

You won’t have to navigate the logistics alone — everything is coordinated in advance.

  • Absolutely. The retreat is suitable for all ages and experience levels, including first-time retreat participants. The program is designed around the body’s natural rhythms, with all practices kept gentle and adaptable. You can see testimonials from participants for whom this was their first retreat here.

  • No. The retreat does not involve intense physical activity and requires no special level of fitness. Before the retreat begins, every participant completes a health questionnaire. This allows us to adapt the practices to your individual needs with even greater care.

  • Our retreats welcome women from different countries and backgrounds, so group practices and the main program are conducted in Russian. Our team speaks French, English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Chinese, so we can be flexible when it comes to individual communication. We also have experience working with mixed-language groups and can arrange translation for English-speaking participants when needed. We are committed to creating a space of safety, respect, and mindful communication, where everyone is treated with warmth and care.

  • The yoga practices are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Practices are adapted according to your physical condition, experience, and individual needs, with a focus on wellbeing, breath, and gently awakening the body.

  • Participation in the practices is never mandatory. Every participant always has the freedom to choose, and we respect your personal boundaries and how you feel at any given moment. At the same time, it’s important to understand that the retreat is designed as one continuous and intentional process. This is a space of freedom, not pressure — and also a space of personal responsibility for your choices and your own journey.

  • Of course. If you feel you need to pause, you are welcome to skip a practice and spend time with yourself. We create a space where you can stay connected to yourself, move at your own pace, and honor what you’re feeling. And if you need support or clarity during those moments, the facilitators are always nearby.

  • Before the retreat, every participant receives a detailed packing checklist with everything you’ll need. For the most part, this includes personal belongings and comfortable clothing. Everything required for the practices — yoga mats, blocks, straps, cushions, blankets, and other equipment — is provided by the organizers. You don’t need to bring anything extra for the practices. We’ve got you covered.

  • Yes. We offer flexible payment options and are happy to discuss an installment plan that works for you. The number of payments and payment schedule are agreed individually, so you can join the retreat with peace of mind.

  • We understand that circumstances can change. If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible.
🔹 The €500 deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your place and covers organizational expenses such as accommodation, food, locations, program preparation, and other commitments that we pay for in advance and cannot recover.
🔹 You don’t lose the deposit:
    it can be transferred to another retreat;
or transferred to another participant if you find a replacement.

We aim to be as transparent and considerate as possible: the deposit secures your place and represents a shared commitment between you and the organizers.

  • This retreat may be right for you if, while reading about it, you feel a sense of resonance rather than pressure.
If you’re not looking to urgently “fix” something, but simply want to be with yourself, exhale, and gently restore your inner balance.
This retreat may be for you if:
    you want to slow down and step out of constant inner tension;
    you feel a growing sense of exhaustion — physical, emotional, or both;
    you value being part of a supportive women’s space without competition or comparison;
    you’re open to gentle inner work through body awareness and mindful practices;
you’re drawn to the combination of practices, nature, movement, silence, and intentional rest.
This retreat doesn’t require you to be “ready,” experienced, or in any particular state of mind.
It’s not about becoming someone else or pushing yourself through change.
It’s about returning to yourself — at your own pace, with respect for your boundaries.
And if you’re still unsure, that’s completely okay.
You can always reach out to us personally, ask your questions, and feel into whether this retreat is right for you at this moment.
